Q.When do tenants have access to their storage units?

A.The access (gate) hours of the facility are: 6:30 am – 10:00 pm, 7 days a week.
The office hours are:
Monday – Saturday: 9 am – 6pm
Sundays: 10am – 5pm.
The facility is also open on ALL holidays.

Q.Are there carts available for moving heavy objects?

A.The carts are located in the lobby of each building and are available for tenants at all times.

Q.Is there a restroom?

A.The guest restroom is open for the convenience of all tenants from 6:30am to 10:30pm. We also have recycle containers for tenants to dispose of recyclables.

Q.What kind of doors are on the units?

A.All units have metal roll up doors, with a clasp that slides into the frame to lock it. Each has an alarm, which will be activated if the door is opened without keypad access. Tenants may not enter the property without entering their code, and upon management discretion, a fee may be assessed for a false alarm.

Q.Is Statewide a secure facility?

A.Statewide Self Storage has several attributes that we believe makes it a secure facility. This facility has had zero incidents since its opening in 2000. The first is its set-apart location on the northwest city limit of Santa Cruz. We are a well-lit facility that has tall metal fencing surrounding the entire property. We have top-of-the-line color surveillance cameras that operate 24 hours a day. Over the years, faith in our facility has attracted great customers and local friends.

Q.Can I rent a parking space, and how large are the spaces?

A.There are parking spots for autos and recreational vehicles, next to the office building in full view of the manager. These spaces require an access code to enter. We have a few spaces to accommodate RVs up to 20’ long.
